A sample 45-minute segment

  1. Host introduces Lets IRL from the stage. QR code on screen.
  2. Guests scan in and add a conversation starter.
  3. Round 1 begins — everyone gets their first partner.
  4. Six rounds of five minutes, with short breaks to rotate.
  5. Final round ends. Guests keep talking with whoever they like.

Things hosts usually ask.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Lets IRL runs in the phone's browser. Guests scan a QR code and they're in.

How are people matched?

At random, with a new partner each round. We deliberately don't do curated matchmaking — random pairing keeps it fair and simple, and it's where the unexpected conversations come from.

How long is each round?

You decide. Most hosts pick somewhere between three and eight minutes, depending on the event and how much time is in the programme.

What if there's an odd number of guests?

Nobody is left standing alone — we'll walk you through how odd numbers and late arrivals are handled when we plan your session together.

How big an event does it work for?
